The heart chakra is the centre of compassion and divine love. This is the area where the physical and spiritual meet. It is called the Heart chakra as it is located at the centre of the chest.
When this chakra is functioning harmoniously allowing energy to free flow through it, you can find the ability to forgive yourself and others, helping you to rise above negative emotions such as anger, hatred, and envy, to reach a higher state of consciousness.
