Mountain top view

Guided relaxation for strength, compassion, and anxiety. Climb to the top of the mountain and view your island of paradise. A place to be alone and to unwind, to let go of fears and be happy with who you are.

Since my yoga journey started at the age of 21 I always envisaged myself practising on a safe secluded island which I created for my needs. My meditation always visualised me visiting different areas of the island according to my health, emotional and mediation requirements. It seemed only natural to invite the students that attended my yoga classes to explore their own islands. With the intention of them finding their own safe space in their busy lives which were only accessible to them. Which got me thinking …We all have a need to create a safe space (an island) we can retreat to for healing, re-centralising, rebalancing ourselves. So let me help you create yours…

This is not a replacement for medication or advice, it can be used to support your mental and physical health but it is essentially for entertainment purposes only.
