Post Gym Yoga Stretch.
This is a cool-down I often go to after I’ve either been to the gym, taken a long walk or when I’ve had to be active. I always prioritise a stretch after putting the body through physical stress.
This particular movement sequence will target all the muscles most commonly worked during any style of gym session. It will help you to soothe the muscles as well as the nervous system, encourage lymphatic drainage and help dispel lactic acid.
This tuition can also be used first thing in the morning and before bed. It is especially effective after a stressful day at work.
