After reading lots of forums about sequencing and using them during classes, there seems to be a mixed opinion about them. In this podcast I mainly discuss the benefits of both teaching intuitively or from a set sequence plan. why I teach intuitively and how pre written sequence plans can be used in other ways to help support your instruction or for financial gain. Ultimately you have to teach the way you feel is right for you, otherwise you may compromise your energy and authenticity.
